It is agreed that the strip act will be performed by the above named artiste, at the venue, at a time to be prescribed by the hirer. In the event of cancellation, 50 % of the agreed fee will be charged provided the cancellation is received in writing more than one week prior to the engagement date. If a cancellation is within one week of the engagement date, the full fee will be payable.

All aspects of this contract will be deemed subject to and within the jurisdiction of English Law.
